From our first contact with Brett we were impressed with the thoroughness and thought he gave to how a treatment plant and soakaway system could be installed within our garden space. The job was professionally carried out and we were kept informed about what was happening; he was extremely tidy and well organised at all times. When the project was finished there was minimal mess even though large holes and trenches had to be dug to install the system. All this was done both within the time and cost he quoted despite a few unpredictable problems occurring along the way. These problems could not have been foreseen but were remedied quickly and with a minimum inconvenience and disruption.
